CANCELLATION | LATE | NO SHOW POLICY

Cancellations — We require a minimum of 48 hour notification must be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of $50, and is required to send a $50 deposit via E-transfer in order to re-book your next appointment. By agreeing to our booking policy, you are agreeing to this requirement to any future appointment booked.

Late — Please be considerate of your appointment time. As we are usually booked with clients back to back, we will not be able to accommodate if you are late by 15 mins or more. If this occurs, your appointment must be re-scheduled, the last minute cancellation policy will apply, and additional fee will occur.

No shows — If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, Boom Beauty Co. will charge the full amount of the appointment fee. Future appointments booked will be required to be prepaid at the discretion of Boom Beauty CO.

RESULTS NOT GUARANTEED

As we strive to apply the highest quality lash sets and PMU brows, the results will vary per client.

 

PMU BROWS — The client's aftercare, skin type, and lifestyle can affect the final results of any brow tattoo. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the final healed result. All new PMU sets will require a 4-8 week touch up after the initial appointment. We recommended between 2-3 appointments to achieve your final desired look.

LASH EXTENSIONS — All sets are customized for each client's face/eye shape and condition of natural lashes and so, all lash extensions sets will appear different on everyone. Depending on lifestyle and aftercare, retention may be affected. Foreign fills are not applicable for retention guarantee. If you've had a set done by Boom Beauty Co and it results on a large loss of extensions within the first 72 hours after application, please contact us immediately. You will be offered a free 30 minute touch up and will have the opportunity to troubleshoot the retention issue.

CLIENT REFUSAL

 

We reserve the right to refuse clients depending on the circumstance and service. Please review client restrictions for lash extensions and PMU services under "Services".

PAYMENT METHODS

​

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book any new set of lash extensions and PMU brows. This deposit will included into your final payment which will be due at the time of the appointment. Deposits must be sent within the hour of booking via E-transfer.

Debit, Cash, or E-transfer is available. Tax is added to all services.
